It is consecrated to the Festival Mariä Visitation and belongs to the Deanery Dornbirn in the Diocese of Feldkirch. The building is under monument protection. It is the oldest church in Dornbirn. The Dornbirn City Museum is housed in the 200-year-old patrician house, the Lorenz Rhomberg House, directly on Dornbirn's market square. The permanent exhibition presents selected objects and works of art on important topics of the city's history, while special exhibitions and events complement regional, cultural-historical and contemporary topics. The three-storey building also houses the Dornbirn City Archive on the ground floor.

The Rolls-Royce Museum is a privately owned automobile museum in Dornbirn, Vorarlberg, Austria. Established in 1982, and officially opened to the public in 1999, it has been said to have the world's largest collection of Rolls-Royce cars.
