Located in the south-central part of the country, Sucre lies at an elevation of 2,790 m (9,150 ft). This relatively high altitude gives the city a subtropical highland climate with cool temperatures year-round.
2. Casa de La Libertad

The first constitution of Bolivia was drafted in this building from that moment on and until 1898 the Bolivian Congress met. It is located in Plaza 25 de Mayo, in the center of the city of Sucre, capital of Bolivia.

The Glorieta Castle is a national monument of Bolivia located on the outskirts of the city of Sucre, the country's capital. It was the seat of the principality of La Glorieta, made up of Clotilde Urioste and Francisco Argandoña Revilla, both princes of La Glorieta.
