7. 毛泽民旧居

The memorial hall of Mao Zemin's former residence is located at No. 29, Mingde Road, Tianshan District, Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and was the residence of Mao Zemin when he was the acting director of the Xinjiang Provincial Department of Finance from 1940 to 1941. The memorial covers an area of 959 square meters. The memorial hall is a quadrangle composed of three buildings: the former site of Mao Zemin's office and dormitory, the former site of the Xinjiang Provincial Finance College and the exhibition hall. Among them, the former site of Mao Zemin's office and dormitory was included in the eighth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. The Memorial Hall of Mao Zemin's Former Residence is managed by the Urumqi Museum (Urumqi Revolutionary History Memorial Site Management Center) under the Urumqi Municipal Bureau of Culture.
