1. Dragon Tower
Dragon Tower, also known as Long Ta or Heilongjiang Tower, is a 336 m (1,102 ft) tall multi-purpose Chinese steel lattice television and observation tower. The Long Ta is used for television broadcasting; telecommunication, transmitting FM-/TV-broadcasting throughout the province of Heilongjiang; for observation, providing a view of the surrounding areas of city. The tower has observation decks and buffet restaurants. It has a AAAA rating.
2. Harbin People Flood Control Success Memorial Tower
Harbin People's Flood Control Victory Memorial Tower, also known as Flood Control Victory Memorial Tower and Flood Control Memorial Tower, is one of the cultural relics protection units in Harbin City, located in Daoli District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. In 1957, Harbin was threatened with catastrophic flooding, and the local people worked hard to build a dam to hold back the flood. The government decided to build a memorial tower on the embankment of the Songhua River to commemorate it. The memorial tower's top and body are carved with figures and reliefs, depicting scenes of resistance to floods, and the design plan has undergone several revisions during the construction of the tower. The memorial tower was finally completed in 1958 and became one of Harbin's landmarks, but was nearly destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. Since then, the Flood Control Memorial Tower has been renovated several times, and in 1995 it became a cultural relics protection unit of Harbin City, and in 1997 it was visited by Russian President Boris Yeltsin.
3. 圣·伊维尔教堂
St. Yver's Church, located at No. 7-4, Jihong Street Factory Hutong, Daoli District, Harbin City, was originally a military Orthodox church of the Outer Amur Military District of the Russian Empire. The church is dedicated to the statue of Our Lady of Ivir.
4. The Museum of War Crime Evidence by Japanese Army Unit 731
Located at No. 47, Xinjiang Street, Pingfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China is a ruin-type museum, built on the old site of the 731st Brigade of the Japanese Army of Aggression against China, with a construction area of 9,997 square meters. The site was built in 1933, and Unit 731 of the Imperial Japanese Army began to establish a bacteriological weapons research and production base here in 1936, with 6.1 square kilometers of land designated as a special military area. In August 1945, Unit 731 blew up most of the buildings before surrendering, forming the current overall pattern.
5. Harbin Jewish History and Cultural Exhibition
Harbin Museum of Jewish History and Culture is a museum commemorating the Jewish diaspora in Harbin, China from early 1900s to 1950s. It is located at the former site of the New Synagogue of Harbin (哈尔滨犹太新会堂). The museum features documents, photographs, films, and personal items documenting the lives of some of the more than 20,000 Jewish residents in Harbin.
