Get Ticket*The Hot Spring is the official name for the largest spring of thermal water in Karlovy Vary, which is also the warmest thermal spring in the Czech Republic with a temperature of 73 °C. The Hot Spring ejection in the form of the Hot Spring Fountain is located in the centre of the spa area of Karlovy Vary in the Hot Spring Colonnade, where it reaches a height of up to 12 m thanks to the pressure and content of gaseous carbon dioxide. Since May 2016, the Hot Spring Fountain has been temporarily located at the southwest entrance to the colonnade, in 2022 the fountain was moved back to its original place in the colonnade hall. In the area of the Hot Spring Colonnade, there are three drinking stands with hot spring water at its original temperature. After almost seven years of reconstruction of the Hot Spring, the temperature is no longer artificially lowered due to the fact that the hot spring water loses its original chemical composition and therefore its quality.

The Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Karlovy Vary is a Roman Catholic parish church, built in the Baroque style in 1732-1736 in the historical part of the town. The church, designed by architect Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer, is an architectural landmark of the Karlovy Vary spa colonnade. It is protected as a national cultural monument.
3. Hot Spring Colonnade
The Hot Spring Colonnade is one of the five main colonnades in Karlovy Vary. It is located in the centre of the spa area below the Church of St. Mary Magdalene on the right bank of the Teplá River. It partially forms a pedestrian bridge over this river. It covers the most famous and popular Karlovy Vary mineral spring, the Hot Spring. In addition to the Hot Spring geyser, there are three drinking stands with spring water at a temperature of 72 °C in the area of the colonnade. In the past, the Hot Spring was covered by many buildings, such as a gazebo, an Empire colonnade, a cast-iron or temporary wooden colonnade.
4. Imperial Spa
The Imperial Spa, today also called Spa I, is a Neo-Renaissance representative spa building located at Mariánskolázeňská Street No. 306/2 on the southern edge of Karlovy Vary. At the time of its greatest glory, the Imperial Spa was the centre of spa care in the city. Since 2010, the building has been protected as a national cultural monument.
5. Jelení skok
The Chamois statue, called Deer Jump, stands on a rock cliff in the spa forests and is an inseparable part of Karlovy Vary. It was created in 1851 in the studio of the Berlin sculptor August Kiss. This zinc statue was destroyed in 1984. The bronze copy was made in 1986 by Karlovy Vary sculptor Jan Kotek.
6. Hygie
The statue of Hygie, also known as the statue of Hygieia, in Karlovy Vary represents the goddess of health, cleanliness and also the moon Hygieia. It is located in the Hot Spring Colonnade, dates back to 1878, the author of the work was Vincenz Pilz.

7. Market Colonnade
The Market Colonnade is a colonnade in Karlovy Vary on the left bank of the Teplá River. It is a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. The colonnade covers the Charles IV Spring, the Lower Castle Spring and the Market Spring. The building is a richly carved, open structure built in the Swiss style. The Market Colonnade is enclosed on three sides by wooden walls, its façade consists of a columned arcade. The building was built on the site of the oldest Karlovy Vary spa. According to legend, the emperor himself treated his sick limbs at the Charles IV spring. Originally, the springs were covered by a simple gazebo with a promenade hall.
8. Andělská Hora
Andělská Hora, also called Engelsburg in the Germanic form of the name, is a castle above the village of Andělská Hora, about 7 kilometres (4 mi) southeast of Karlovy Vary, in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. The translation of "Andělská Hora" and "Engelsburg" is "Angel's Mountain."
9. Labitzkého lávka
Labitzkého lávka spojuje Mariánskolázeňskou ulici s Mírovým náměstím v Karlových Varech, kde na říčním kilometru 43,9 překlenuje řeku Teplou. Lávka pochází z roku 1874, opravena byla v roce 1990. Roku 1991 byla ministerstvem kultury prohlášena kulturní památkou. Zachovala se jako jediná ze souboru lávek v lázeňském centru.
10. Hrušeň v Drahovicích
The pear tree in Drahovice is a memorable tree, an ancient wild pear tree. At the time of its declaration as a monumental tree, it was the second largest tree of its kind in the Czech Republic. It grows in the sloping terrain under prefabricated houses in Karlovy Vary in the Drahovice district, to the left of the pedestrian sidewalk, which is followed by a local road leading along the allotment gardens. The circumference of the furrowed trunk measures 366 cm, the crown of the tree, after a health pruning in 2009, reaches a height of 9 m.
