The Alte Münze zu Clausthal is a building in the Clausthal-Zellerfeld district of Clausthal. It was built in 1726 and served as a mint until 1849, when the mint was moved to Hanover. It was then used as the headquarters of the management of the Upper Harz Mining and Metallurgical Works until the Alte Münze was converted into a student dormitory in 1950.
