Patershausen is now a farm and was formerly a Benedictine, later Cistercian convent in the district of Heusenstamm (Hesse). It lies between Heusenstamm and Dietzenbach, on the right bank of the Bieber.

The parish church of St. Cäcilia in Heusenstamm was built from 1739 to 1741 as a Catholic burial church of the Heusenstammer branch of the Counts of Schönborn by the master builder Johann Balthasar Neumann. It is the most important baroque building in the Hessian Heusenstamm.

3. Haus der Musik/Altes Rathaus
The Old Town Hall in Heusenstamm, Hesse, was built in 1744 by order of the then regent Maria Theresia, Imperial Countess of Schönborn (1698–1751) as a schoolhouse with an adjoining orphanage. In 1919 it was acquired by the municipality of Heusenstamm and used as the town's town hall until 1979. Today it bears the name Haus der Musik.
