Asta Sofie Amalie Nielsen was a Danish silent film actress who was one of the most popular leading ladies of the 1910s and one of the first international movie stars. Seventy of Nielsen's 74 films were made in Germany where she was known simply as Die Asta.

2. Nationalparkhaus

The Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's largest national park, situated at the coast of the Baltic Sea. It consists of several peninsulas, islands and lagoon shore areas in the Baltic Sea, belonging to the district of Vorpommern-Rügen.

3. Inselkirche

The island church of Hiddensee is the last remnant of the former Cistercian monastery in the village of Kloster on the island of Hiddensee. The current church building is the second church on this site and was built towards the end of the 17th century on the foundations of the first church.

4. Leuchtturm Dornbusch

Dornbusch Lighthouse refers to the lighthouse officially designated as Leuchtfeuer Dornbusch/Hiddensee in the north of the German island of Hiddensee in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on the Baltic Sea coast. Its international serial number is C 2588.

5. Blaue Scheune

The Blaue Scheune in the village of Vitte on the German Baltic Sea island of Hiddensee was originally a Low German hall house from the early 19th century. It housed not only the barn, but also the bakery and the living area for a master miller and baker.

6. Gellen

The Gellen lighthouse is a beacon on the Gellen, the southern part of the Baltic Sea island of Hiddensee. The lighthouse was built from 1905 and still serves as a cross-mark light for orientation for seafaring on the Gellenstrom. Together with the Dornbusch lighthouse, it is one of two beacons on the island of Hiddensee.
