The Piscina Mirabilis is an Ancient Roman cistern on the Bacoli hill at the western end of the Gulf of Naples, southern Italy. It ranks as one of the largest ancient cisterns built by the ancient Romans, compared to the largest Roman reservoir, the Yerebatan Sarayi in Istanbul.
2. Castello Aragonese di Baia
The Aragonese Castle is located in Baia, a hamlet of Bacoli, and is located in an area of considerable strategic importance, it was erected on a promontory naturally defended to the east by a high tuffaceous cliff overlooking the sea, and to the west by the deep depression given by the calderas of two volcanoes called "Fondi di Baia"; With the addition of walls, moats and drawbridges, the castle was practically impregnable.
