Mt. Azuma or Azuma mountain range is a general term for a group of volcanoes and massifs that stretch east-west along the border between Fukushima Prefecture and partly Yamagata Prefecture. The highest peak is Mt. Nishiazuma. It is also listed as one of the 100 famous mountains of Japan and the 100 famous mountains of Utsukushima.

Hanamiyama Park is the name of a private flower horticulture farm located in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture. It is situated in the hilly area of the Wataru district on the right bank of the Abukuma River, southeast of the city center. The owner has opened the park to the public for free, attracting many tourists, especially during the spring cherry blossom season.

Issai Kyōzan is a mountain on the border between Fukushima City and Inawashiro Town in Fukushima Prefecture. One of the mountains that make up the Azuma mountain range. It is an active volcano that is still volcanically active, and its summit is covered with rocky gravel. The altitude is 1,948.8 meters.

The facility is owned by Fukushima Prefecture and managed and operated by the Fukushima Prefectural Urban Parks and Greening Association as a designated manager.
