Hacchi is a public cultural tourism exchange facility located in Mikkamachi, Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture. Opened on February 11, 2011. The official name is Hachinohe Portal Museum Hatchi. Hatchi is a nickname that was recruited from the public. At the stage of preparation for the opening of the facility, it was called the Hachinohe City Center Regional Tourism Exchange Facility, or HPM, which is an abbreviation of the official name.
2. 法霊山 龗神社
The Ryu Shrine is located in Marunohe in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, and is said to be the oldest shrine in the city. Its history dates back to the late Heian period about 1,000 years ago, and it can be judged that it goes back even further by tracing the traditions.
