Complutum was an ancient Roman city located in the present-day city of Alcalá de Henares, Spain. It has been partially excavated and the impressive remains can be seen today at the Complutum archaeological site south west of the current city, about a kilometre from the medieval centre.

10. Colegio de los Irlandeses
The Colegio Menor de San Jorge or de los Irlandeses, of the University of Alcalá, was founded in 1630, being built from 1649 to 1652, in order to accommodate theology students from Ireland, Flanders and Holland.
11. Ermita del Cristo de los Doctrinos
The University Hermitage of the Holy Christ of the Doctrinos of Alcalá de Henares is popular architecture, of the purest Castilian Baroque. It has a secluded chapel, in which you can see the carving of the Christ of the Doctrinos, a Mannerist work by the Jesuit Domingo Beltrán, as well as an excellent collection of religious art from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.
12. Gran Parque de los Espartales
The Gran Parque de Espartales, with 40.8 hectares of extension, a pond with geyser, bike lane, sports circuit, children's areas and recreational spaces, stands as a great green lung in the north of Alcalá de Henares. Crossed by the Camarmilla stream, the first stage of the Complutense Way of St. James runs through it, also housing one of the trees of local interest in the natural heritage of the city, a Platanus x Hispánica.

The chapel of San Ildefonso was the church of the Colegio Mayor San Ildefonso of the University of Alcalá and was completed in 1516. Francisco Vallés and Antonio de Nebrija are buried here, and it presents the sepulchral monument of Cardinal Cisneros.

19. Parroquia Castrense Nuestra Señora de Loreto
The Military Parish of Nuestra Señora de Loreto, also known as the Parish of Loreto, is a Roman Catholic church located in Alcalá de Henares, in the Community of Madrid, Spain. It is located on Barberán y Collar Street, in the Ciudad del Aire neighborhood, on the outskirts of the Complutense city. Originally, only military personnel stationed at the Torrejón de Ardoz Air Base or the Primo de Rivera Barracks in Alcalá de Henares resided in the neighborhood, hence the military name of this parish church.
