The Prochelle I and II Houses are two old mansions located on Teja Island next to the Chilean city of Valdivia, in the homonymous province of the Los Ríos Region. Both, together with the Prochelle Park adjacent to them, have been considered since 1985 Historical Monument of Chile.

The Torreón Picarte or Torreón del Barro is a historical monument located in the city of Valdivia, Los Ríos Region, Chile. It is located in one of the old accesses to the city – the road to Los Llanos – and was designed next to the Los Canelos Tower in 1768 by the engineer Juan Garland; its execution was carried out by the Governor don Joaquín de Espinoza y Dávalos in 1774.

The Plaza Simón Bolívar is located in the Chilean city of Valdivia, capital of the Los Ríos Region. It is located near the Calle-Calle bridge, at the northern entrance to the city, between Avenida Ramón Picarte to the north, and Errázuriz to the south.
