Sorgenfri Church is located in the district of Sorgenfri at the top of the hill in Hummeltoften, Virum, with a view down over Lyngby Åmose and Lyngby Lake. The church, which was consecrated in 1966, is built of yellow bricks. The pentagonal church room has yellow brick walls. The baptismal font and ceiling decoration are also pentagonal. The client is Sorgenfri Parish Council. The church was designed by architect Tyge Hvass, the engineering work was carried out by Jørgen Nielsen A/S.
