The Oosterpoort is the only remaining city gate of the city of Hoorn in North Holland. The gate is located on the edge of the city center, on the Draafsingel. The Oosterpoort bridge runs under the gate to give pedestrians and cyclists access to the city.
Sight 2: Oosterkerk
Oosterkerk or St. Anthony Church is a former Dutch Reformed Church in Hoorn, North Holland in the Netherlands. The church is a Rijksmonument and was designed in the Gothic style. The church's origins date back to 1450. The building that exists today was complete in 1616. Today, the church is a cultural center.
Sight 3: Foreestenhuis
The Foreestenhuis is a national monument in the Dutch city of Hoorn. The patrician house consists of three joined buildings with a new façade in front. The façade was built in the Louis XIV style in 1724. The client for the installation of the façade was mr. Nanning van Foreest, who was the richest man in the city, was mayor and also director of the West India Company.
Sight 4: Grote Kerk
The Grote Kerk is a church in the West Frisian city of Hoorn, in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is located on the Kerkplein, which runs around the church, and is a defining feature of the Hoorn cityscape, next to the Roman Catholic church of the HH. Cyriacus and Francis. Sight 5: Koepelkerk
The domed church of the Dutch city of Hoorn is a three-aisled cruciform basilica with galleries and a dome above the crossing. Truus Menger-Oversteegen was a Dutch sculptor and painter. During the Second World War she was a member of the anti-Nazi Dutch Resistance, together with her sister, Freddie Oversteegen, and Hannie Schaft.

The Westfries Museum, in Hoorn, Netherlands, is a history museum of 17th century Hoorn and the region.
Sight 8: Jan Pieterszoon Coen
The statue of Jan Pieterszoon Coen is a statue of the VOC governor Jan Pieterszoon Coen, who was born here. The statue, designed by visual artist Ferdinand Leenhoff, has been there since 1893 and has been a national monument since 1965.

Hendrik P.C. (Henk) van Bennekum is a Dutch sculptor, wall painter and ceramist.
Sight 10: Hoofdtoren
The Hoofdtoren is one of the last defensive structures in Hoorn in North Holland that have been preserved. The tower is named after the nearby jetty Houten Hoofd, which was built in 1464. Since 1968, the tower has been used as a catering establishment.
