The Old Bakery is a bakery museum in the Dutch town of Medemblik. The museum was founded in 1985 as a result of an exhibition in the station building of the Museum Steam Tram Hoorn-Medemblik.

Medemblik is a railway station in Medemblik, West Friesland. It is the terminus of the tourist railway (museum line) Hoorn - Medemblik, operated by the Museum Steam Tram Hoorn - Medemblik (SHM). As part of the 'Historical Triangle', a connection is made in Medemblik to the tourist boat service to Enkhuizen.

The Bonifacius Church of Medemblik is a Dutch church from 1404. A pastor of the church, the oldest mention of which dates back to 1118, had gone up in flames shortly before. The church ruins were used in the construction of the new church. The church was originally dedicated to Saint Boniface, later also to Saint Martin. In 1572, after the Reformation, the name Bonifacius was used for this Protestant church and Saint Martin became the main patron of the Roman Catholic parish in Medemblik. Despite being hit by two fires, the church was largely preserved. Nowadays the church is used by the Protestant community of Medemblik (PKN). The north aisle was used as a theatre under the name BON theatre. Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck married in this church in 1590.

The catholic St. Martin's Church in Medemblik is a neo-Gothic church of T. Slinger, a pupil of Pierre Cuypers. The 65-metre-high tower of the church is one of the four towers that determine the appearance of Medemblik, it is the second tallest building in the city after the Bonifacius Church.

De Herder is an octagonal, thatched windmill built in 1989 and is located in Medemblik. It is an upper porter and has two pairs of grinding stones. Until 1947 there was an earlier mill on the same spot that was demolished. During the construction of the new mill, various old parts from elsewhere were used, for example the wooden octagon comes from a mill that was built in 1695 in Wormer and from 1904 served as an oil mill in Willeskop. In 1986 this mill hull was brought to Medemblik, the large wooden beams could be overhauled and reused.
