Individual Sights in ZierikzeeSight 1: Raadhuis
The town hall or town hall of Zierikzee, in the Dutch province of Zeeland, was built in the 16th century and carries an octagonal tower with a crown. The building is used by the City Hall Museum Zierikzee.
Sight 2: Huis De Haan
Huis De Haan or De Haene was originally a merchant's house (house/warehouse) in Zierikzee, in the Dutch province of Zeeland. The building dates from the first half of the 14th century, making it the oldest house in Zierikzee. Due to its age, it is a monument of special cultural-historical value. The house is called "de Haene" because it has two roosters on it.
Sight 3: Den Haas
Den Haas is a windmill dating from 1727 in the town of Zierikzee, in the Dutch province of Zeeland. In 1966 the mill was sold to the municipality, and in 1987 the mill was put back into use. The mill has three pairs of grinding stones.
Sight 4: Zuidhavenpoort
The Zuidhavenpoort is one of the three city gates of the city of Zierikzee, in the Dutch province of Zeeland. The Zuidhavenpoort is located at the entrance of the old city harbour next to the Noordhavenpoort.
Sight 5: Noordhavenpoort
The Noordhavenpoort is one of the three remaining city gates of the city of Zierikzee, in the Dutch province of Zeeland. The Noordhavenpoort is located opposite the Zuidhavenpoort at the entrance to the old port.
