Widzewski Park – a city park in Łódź with an area of 7.8 hectares located between the streets: Niciarniana, Sobolowa and Piłsudskiego Avenue in the Widzew district, founded in 1952.
Sight 2: Park nad Jasieniem
Park nad Jasieniu – a park in Łódź located between Śmigłego-Rydza Street, Tymienieckiego Street and the Zbiorcza housing estate. The area is 13.0 ha.
Sight 3: Pałac Edwarda Herbsta
Edward Herbst's Villa – a neo-Renaissance villa in Łódź, probably built according to the design of Hilary Majewski in the years 1875–1877, in which Karol Scheibler's eldest daughter – Matylda Zofia (1856–1939) – lived with her husband Edward Herbst.
Sight 4: Famuły Księży Młyn
Księży Młyn is an area in the southern central part of the city of Łódź located in central Poland which consists of a group of textile factories and associated facilities, built in Łódź since 1824. Since the first decade of the 21st century the area undergoes major renovation and contains mixed-use development of offices and housing.

The Book Art Museum is a museum in Łódź established in 1993 by the Correspondance des Arts foundation, founded in 1990 by Janusz Tryzna as an extension of the publishing house of the same name, which had been operating since 1980. The museum is located in Łódź, in Henryk Grohman's villa at 24 Tymienieckiego Street. From 1 January 2023, the Book Art Museum in Łódź is a cultural institution established by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage and the Correspondance des Arts Foundation.

Sight 7: Beczki Grohmana
Grohman's Barrels – a gate at 46 Targowa Street in Łódź, which is the entrance to Grohman's factory. It was built in 1896, according to the design of Franciszek Chełmiński, the then city architect. In the years 1945–1989, the "Uniontex" Cotton Industry Plant was located here.

Sight 12: Trzy Misie
Łódź Bajkowa – a project under which a family tourist trail is being created around the city of Łódź in the footsteps of small monuments depicting characters from children's series and films of the Se-ma-for Studio of Small Film Forms. Ultimately, the "Fairytale Boat" is to consist of 17 sculptures cast in bronze. Between 2009 and 2018, ten monuments were erected. As part of the project, a local coin "Boat" with the images of selected fairy-tale characters was also issued.

Sight 15: Kościół św. Mateusza
St. Matthew's Church in Łódź is a Lutheran church and historic landmark located in Piotrkowska Street, at a short distance from the city's Catholic cathedral. The third Lutheran church in Łódź at the time of its construction, it is now the only church in the city that serves the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland, the country's largest Protestant denomination.

The area of the park is 3.3 ha. The park has been owned by the Lodz University of Technology since 2017. In 2019, it was fenced and incorporated into Campus B of the University of Technology.
