The Alcázar de los Bejarano, also called Casa de los Bejarano, is a fortified building with a defensive mission and its origins date back to the thirteenth century. It is located in the town of Trujillo and, more specifically, next to the "Puerta del Triunfo" of this town. The Alcázar itself was built in the thirteenth century, although the "Casa de los Bejarano" was rebuilt on the fortress in the fifteenth century.

The Alacazarejo de los Altamirano is a defensive building and its origins date back to the thirteenth century. It is located in the town of Trujillo, less than 50 km from Cáceres.
Sight 3: Iglesia de Santa María la Mayor
The Church of Santa María la Mayor de Trujillo is a Roman Catholic church located in the city of Trujillo, province of Cáceres, within the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (Spain). It is of late Romanesque style, its construction began in the thirteenth century, it was rebuilt and extended in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries in Gothic style. It is believed that it was built in the same place where the Muslim Alhama de Torgiela mosque previously existed, which was used until the thirteenth century. After the Christian reconquest on January 25, 1232, it was consecrated to the Virgin Mary in the mystery of her Assumption.
