The Ayazma Mosque is a mosque in the neighbourhood of Üsküdar in Istanbul, Turkey. It stands on a hillside overlooking the Bosphorus. It was commissioned by Ottoman Sultan Mustafa III and built between 1757 and 1761. It is an example of the Ottoman Baroque style that was prevalent in the 18th century.

Before the coast road was built, the mosque would have stood right beside the water, accessible by boat.

It was built by Abdurrahman Ağa, the armorer of Sultan Mustafa III. The mosque, whose construction started in 1765, was opened for worship in 1766 after a 1-year construction process. Architecturally, the mosque reflects the Ottoman influences.
