Jamestown station is a historic train station located at Jamestown in Chautauqua County, New York. Although no longer an active railroad station due to a lack of passenger service in the area after a restoration done in 2011 the building currently serves as a bus transportation center and community space for Jamestown. The first train arrived at Jamestown on August 25, 1860 as part of the Atlantic and Great Western Railroad.

The National Comedy Center is an American museum dedicated to comedy. Located in Lucille Ball’s hometown of Jamestown, New York, the museum opened in August 2018 and reported 66,000 visitors in its first year of operation. The museum had been operating since 1996 as the Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Museum, which is now located a few blocks away.

The Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum,, formally The Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum & Center for Comedy and commonly known as the Lucy Desi Museum, is a museum at 2 West 3rd Street, Jamestown, New York that is affiliated with the nearby National Comedy Center with which it shares executive director Journey Gunderson. The museum is dedicated to the lives and careers of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. Jamestown was Ball's birthplace.

The Reg Lenna Center for the Arts is a restored 1923 theater used as a community center for the performing arts in Jamestown, New York. The center is named after a notable local resident Reginald Lenna who donated $1 million to begin restoration work in 1987.

Jackson Center was established in 2001 and dedicated on May 16, 2003.
