It was built between 1178 and 1187 in the village of Újezd, thereafter known as Újezd u svatého Martina. The south wall of the church was built adjacent to the walls of the Old Town, hence the full name of the church "in the wall". The church belongs to the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren.

The Dietrichstein Palace, also called the Walter Palace, is a Neo-Baroque palace that houses the Apostolic Nunciature of the Holy See. It is located in Voršilská Street No. 140/12 in New Town in Prague 1. It is protected as a cultural monument.
Sight 29: Saint Ursula
The Church of St. Ursula in Prague's New Town is an important high Baroque building. These are the Roman Catholic monastery church at the New Town Monastery and the school of the Ursuline sisters. It is located on Národní třída No. 139/8 in Prague 1-New Town. Together with the Ursuline Monastery, it is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. The Institute of Endocrinology and the Aggeo shop selling Italian specialties are also located at the same address.

Sight 30: monastery of Saint Ursula
The Convent of the Ursuline Sisters in Prague is a Baroque complex of convent buildings with two courtyards, a garden and a school for the Ursuline Sisters No. 139/II. It is located at the Church of St. Ursula on Národní třída 8, in Voršilská Street 3, 5 and in Ostrovní Street 11 in Prague's New Town. It has two entrances, the main entrance to the monastery is from across the courtyard from Ostrovní Street, the former fortna and the side (service) entrance is from Národní třída through the gatehouse of the Institute of Endocrinology.

Sight 31: Nová scéna Národního Divadla
The New Stage of the National Theatre is a modern postmodern theatre building that was built in Prague's New Town on Národní třída in 1977–1983. It is sometimes also referred to as brutalist. In 2021, the New Stage building was declared a cultural monument.
Sight 32: Znovuzrození
Znovuzrození is a 1983 bronze sculpture by Josef Malejovský (1914–2003). It is installed outside the National Theatre in Prague, Czech Republic, on a piazzetta which was named "Náměstí Václava Havla" in 2016 to honor the first Czech president. The statue is a popular subject to artistic interventions - it has been wrapped in bubblegum-like cover, dressed in Carmen costume or into a lookalike of the famous Woman In Gold painting by Gustav Klimt.

Sight 35: Šítkovská vodárenská věž
The Šítkovská Water Tower, also called the Upper New Town Tower, is a water tower from the end of the 15th century on the right bank of the Vltava River in Prague's New Town in the immediate vicinity of today's building of the Mánes Association of Fine Artists, not far from Jirásek Square in the area of the former Šítkovské mills.

It is located in Smíchov on Petržilkovský Island, near Janáček Embankment and the southern tip of Children's Island.
Sight 40: Dienzenhoferovy sady
Dientzenhofer Gardens are an area of public greenery on the left-bank bridgehead of the Jirásek Bridge in Prague, Smíchov. They are bordered by V Botanice, Matoušova and Zborovská streets. The area of the park is 0.6 hectares and lies at an altitude of 192 meters. The park is accessible to the public without restrictions. One of the main dominant features of the orchards is a 20-metre-high English oak with a trunk circumference of over 3.75 metres, which was declared a memorable tree on 26 January 2005.

The Portheimka Garden is located near the Portheimka homestead in Smíchov, Štefánkova 68/12, in Smíchov in Prague. It is located between Matoušova Street and 14. října Square. It has an area of 0.69 ha and lies at an altitude of 192 to 194 m above sea level. Together with the Portheimka summer palace and the fountain, the garden is protected as a cultural monument.
