The Entrepôt Lainé, formerly the Real Warehouse of Colonial Foodstuffs, is a former warehouse located in Bordeaux. Built in 1824 by the architect Claude Deschamps, it was originally intended for the bonded storage of goods from colonial plantations, before their shipment across Europe. Until the definitive abolition of slavery in 1848, these commodities were largely the result of slave labor. The building now houses the CAPC Musée d'art contemporain de Bordeaux and Arc en rêve / centre d'architecture.

The Pont Jacques Chaban-Delmas is a vertical-lift bridge over the Garonne in Bordeaux, France. It was inaugurated on 16 March 2013 by President François Hollande and Alain Juppé, mayor of Bordeaux. Its main span is 110 m (361 ft) long. As of 2013, it is the longest vertical-lift bridge in Europe. It is named in honour of Jacques Chaban-Delmas, a former Prime Minister of France and a former mayor of Bordeaux.
