Individual Sights in KharkivSight 1: T-34
The T-34-85 was a Soviet medium tank of the German-Soviet War. It was adopted by the Red Army by the Resolution of the State Defense Committee No. 5020 ss, dated January 23, 1944.
Sight 2: Т-72Б
The T-72 is a family of Soviet main battle tanks that entered production in 1971. The T-72 was a development based on the T-64 using thought and design of the previous Object 167M. About 25,000 T-72 tanks have been built, and refurbishment has enabled many to remain in service for decades. It has been widely exported and has seen service in 40 countries and in numerous conflicts. The Russian T-90 introduced in 1992 and the Chinese Type 99 are further developments of the T-72. Production and development of various modernized T-72 models continues today.
Sight 3: Т-64БВ
The T-64BV is a modification of the Soviet T-64 main battle tank. Its release lasted from 1984 to 1987. This model received Kontakt-1 reactive armor and enhanced radiation protection.
Sight 4: БМП-2
The BMP-2 is an amphibious infantry fighting vehicle introduced in the 1980s in the Soviet Union, following on from the BMP-1 of the 1960s.
Sight 5: БТР-80
The BTR-80 is an 8×8 wheeled amphibious armoured personnel carrier (APC) designed in the Soviet Union. It was adopted in 1985 and replaced the previous vehicles, the BTR-60 and BTR-70, in the Soviet Army. It was first deployed during the Soviet–Afghan War.
Sight 6: Т-54
The T-54 is a Soviet medium tank developed during World War II, adopted by the USSR Armed Forces in 1946 and replaced the less technologically advanced T-44 and T-34. This tank has many modifications, one of which (T-55) is adapted to combat operations in the conditions of the use of nuclear weapons.
